Last week, news broke that Wells Fargo had forced 800,000 auto loan consumers to take on unwanted auto insurance over a 10-year period. This week, the filing of class action suits against the bank began, with the latest appearing Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

The report is the latest bad news for the bank, which is still dealing with the fallout from revelations employees opened nearly 2 million accounts for customers that weren’t asked for or agreed to. The situation led to calls from Congress for the bank to remove members of its board.
