New York state’s claim that Time Warner sold New York customers broadband internet service at slower speeds than promised has been sent back to state court for adjudication.
Southern District Chief Judge Colleen McMahon granted state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman’s motion to remand the action, State of New York v. Charter Communications, 17-cv-1428, to Manhattan Supreme Court. The action was initially filed in that court on Feb. 1.
