ESTATE OF TIMOTHY TERINO, Deceased (16/1585) — This is a proceeding for ancillary letters testamentary by the executor of the decedent's will dated January 19, 2015, which was admitted to probate by the Second Judicial District Court, County of Bernaillo, in New Mexico, the decedent's domicile. The executor is the decedent's spouse. It appears that the decedent possessed an interest in a cooperative apartment in Bronx County which requires administration. Accordingly, the will is entitled to be admitted to ancillary probate (SCPA 1602), and ancillary letters testamentary shall issue to the petitioner (SCPA 1604 [a]).
