ESTATE OF GRACE FERRANTI, Deceased (15/1141/C) — In this contested estate, one of the decedent's daughters, Teresa Bevilacqua, withdrew her petition seeking to probate an instrument dated June 18, 2014 ("C" proceeding), and her attorney informed the court that she did not desire to participate further in any proceedings. Thereupon, another daughter, Nancy Crescenzo, sought to restore her previously filed petition to probate an instrument dated October 28, 2011 ("A" proceeding) including an earlier application for preliminary letters testamentary, and the attorney for a son, Anthony Ferranti, stated that he would refile a previously withdrawn petition to probate a later instrument ("B" proceeding") upon obtaining a certificate of relief from civil disabilities for his client and objected to restoration of the daughter's proceeding.

On the return date of Crescenzo’s applications, counsel for Crescenzo, Anthony Ferranti, another son Mario Ferranti, and another daughter Francine Ricciardi who is proceeding pro se, entered into a written stipulation that was “so-ordered” by the court providing, inter alia, that all pending proceedings including Crescenzo’s application for preliminary letters were to be adjourned until April 4, 2017, and a further settlement conference is to be held on that date.
