ESTATE OF MICHAEL T. GRILLE, Deceased (14/692/B) — This matter has a long and contentious history. Robert T. Grille, the respondent herein, has demonstrated a constant disregard for this Court's orders and direction in an effort to prolong this matter and stall the selling of the main asset of the decedent's estate. Although he has settled this matter twice in open court and on the record, both times while represented by counsel, he has failed to perform the necessary actions to effectuate the settlement. He is in direct violation of a court order dated October 19, 2015 and August 18, 2016 and has been found in contempt of this court on October 24, 2016. This court has been extremely lenient with the respondent in an effort to afford him the opportunity to purge himself of this contempt, but he has failed to show any sign of remorse or accountability for his actions.
