Leading litigators will tackle the topic of arbitration on March 7 at a panel discussion hosted by the Southern District and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
“Arbitration in 2017: Where It Is Heading” will feature Theodore Wells, Jr., a partner at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison; Stephen Younger, a partner at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler; Kenneth Feinberg of the Law Offices of Kenneth Feinberg; and Donald Fehr, executive director of the National Hockey League Players’ Association and former head of the Major League Baseball Players Association.
