• Intellectual property litigator Jay Deshmukh has been named a partner at Arent Fox. He most recently was a partner at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear.

• Martin Bunin has been named a partner at Farrell Fritz in its bankruptcy and restructuring practice group. He previously was a partner at Alston & Bird.
