A Sullivan County attorney died Tuesday during a vacation boating trip with two friends, including a state Supreme Court justice, when he fell overboard in rough waters off Puerto Rico.
Attorney Mark Sherman, 73, died while on the boating trip with Sullivan County Supreme Court Justice Stephan Schick and a second friend, Bob Rivituso, according to Sherman’s sister-in-law, Beth Zimmerman.
