• Lauren Friedman and Lucila Hemmingsen joined Kirkland & Ellis as partners in its international arbitration practice group. Friedman was a senior associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Hemmingsen was an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton.

• Cullen and Dykman named John Sparling, Chris Ruggiero and Scott Shapiro as partners in the firm’s construction litigation group. They come from London Fischer.
