ALBANY – A state tax appeals board has struck down a partial tax exemption for a strip club that an administrative law judge had allowed.
The Tax Appeals Tribunal ruled that the admission fee charged by the Nite Moves club in Latham, just outside Albany, to view pole dancing is subject to state sales tax.
