Vandenberg & Feliu, a small New York general practice firm, has closed after its managing partner and six attorneys joined Los Angeles-based Michelman & Robinson in Manhattan on Tuesday.
Raymond Vandenberg, the managing partner of Vandenberg & Feliu, led the group, composed of labor and employment partner Christopher D’Angelo; corporate and securities partners Michael Hatchett and Michael Poster; real estate counsel Joshua Bernstein; and associates Joshua Blechner and Jonathan Goeringer. The attorneys represent financial services firms and nonprofits.
