The April 7 article “Circuit Suspends Lawyer From CJA Cases for Two Years” incorrectly stated that attorney Gaspar Castillo secured reversal of Steven Morgan’s conviction. In fact, Castillo was removed as counsel, and it was attorney Jane Simkin Smith who persuaded the Second Circuit to vacate Morgan’s conviction.
