A Manhattan judge granted a preliminary injunction barring a “three-quarter house” landlord from harassing tenants who had defeated its eviction attempts in Housing Court.

Acting Justice Nancy Bannon, citing “constant threats of eviction and homelessness,” as well as calls to police and EMS seeking their removal, enjoined the landlord from retaliating against them.
