• Greenberg Traurig has added Iskender “Alex” Catto, Stephen Pepper, Meredith Beuchaw, and Obiamaka Madubuko as shareholders, as well as Gregory Daddario as of counsel. Catto, who focuses on corporate matters, and Madubuko, who focuses on anti-corruption and fraud matters, were partners at McDermott Will & Emery. Pepper, a corporate attorney, served as counsel at Davis Polk & Wardwell. Beuchaw, also corporate, was an associate at White & Case. Daddario, in corporate and securities, was a vice president for legal and compliance at an investment management corporation.
• Reed Smith has added as partners in its corporate and transactional advisory group Danielle Carbone, who will head the firm’s capital markets team; Andrew Callahan; and Robert Scheininger. Carbone was a partner at Shearman & Sterling. Callahan and Scheininger come to Reed Smith from Sidley Austin.
