Andrea Mandell has rejoined Dentons as a partner in its capital markets and tax practices, advising clients on tax strategies in real estate and structured finance transactions and tax exempt entities, REITs, hedge funds and private equity firms. Mandell was executive vice president and chief tax counsel of The Carrington Companies, which focuses on residential real estate transactions.
