A Manhattan judge has granted Attorney General Eric Schneiderman’s motion to halt daily fantasy sports sites DraftKings and FanDuel from doing business in the state.
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Manuel Mendez on Friday also denied motions by the two companies to block Schneiderman from taking enforcement actions against them. On Friday afternoon, the companies appealed to the Appellate Division, First Department.
