HODA SPITERI ap, v. LAURA BISSON, ETC., ET AL., res — (INDEX NO. 43180/09)In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal (1), as limited by their brief, from stated portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Pastoressa, J.), dated April 29, 2013, (2), as limited by their brief, from so much of an amended order of the same court dated May 16, 2013, as granted those branches of the motion of the defendant Charles William Schwalbe, as guardian ad litem for the infant Ed Bisson, the separate motion of the defendant Town of Babylon, and the separate motion of the defendants Laura Bisson, as administrator of the estate of Edward T. Bisson, Jr., North Babylon Athletic Club, Inc., Suffolk County Police Athletic League, Inc., and North Babylon Lacrosse, which were for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against each of them, (3) from a judgment of the same court dated May 21, 2013, which, upon the amended order, is in favor of the defendants Laura Bisson, as administrator of the estate of Edward T. Bisson, Jr., North Babylon Athletic Club, Inc., Suffolk County Police Athletic League, Inc., and North Babylon Lacrosse and against the plaintiffs, dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against those defendants, and (4) from a judgment of the same court dated July 8, 2013, which, upon the amended order, is in favor of the defendant Charles William Schwalbe, as guardian ad litem for the infant Ed Bisson, and against the plaintiffs, dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against that defendant.

ORDERED that the appeal from the order is dismissed; and it is further,
