A former Hughes Hubbard & Reed partner, Jeff Galloway, 61, was disbarred Thursday by the Appellate Division, First Department.
Galloway was indicted in June for failing to file any state income tax returns for the years 1996 through 2013 (NYLJ, June 5). At the time of the indictment, he was earning nearly $1 million a year as a litigator at Hughes, according to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
