The Appellate Division, Second Department, on Wednesday will present eight of its employees with the Milton Mollen Commitment to Excellence Award.
This year’s recipients are Rita DiPietro, senior court clerk, Second Judicial District; Amy Miller, deputy chief clerk of the Orange County Surrogate’s Court, Ninth Judicial District; Bruce Kahn, senior management analyst, Nassau County District Court, Tenth Judicial District; Halina Murphy, court interpreter, Tenth Judicial District; Gail Neufeld, senior court reporter, Eleventh Judicial District; Frank Rossi, case management coordinator, Thirteenth Judicial District; Victor Faleck, assistant deputy chief appellate court attorney for the Second Department; and Bruce Bosso, principal law librarian for the Second Department.
