ESTATE OF AYUNA KING, Deceased (95/A710A) — On the last adjourned date of this compulsory accounting proceeding, respective counsel placed arguments on the record in open court and the court ruled from the bench that: (1) the administrator’s account was filed on October 8, 2015 within the time period previously directed in the September 28, 2015 decision and order of the court; and, (2) as citation issued in the administrator’s judicial accounting proceeding returnable November 17, 2015, the instant application was denied as academic without prejudice to the petitioners in this proceeding interposing their arguments as objections in the administrator’s accounting proceeding. Furthermore, as counsel for the petitioners indicated that she would not be available on November 17, 2015, the court indicated that, on November 17, 2015, it will extend the time for the petitioners herein to file objections to the administrator’s account to 20 days after jurisdiction over all parties is complete in the accounting proceeding. If jurisdiction is not complete in the accounting proceeding by December 31, 2015, the petitioners herein may file a proceeding seeking the suspension and/or revocation of the letters of administration and, of course, any other relief they deem appropriate. The rulings on the record and this decision constitute the order of the court.
