A disbarred real estate attorney has been charged with bilking clients out of more than $4.4 million.
Luigi Rosabianca pleaded not guilty Tuesday to one count of first-degree grand larceny and five counts of second-degree grand larceny at his arraignment before Acting Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Maxwell Wiley. The judge set bail at $4.5 million.
