A state judge, for the second time, has dismissed a witness tampering and bribery indictment brought by Putnam County District Attorney Adam Levy against attorney George Galgano.
Acting Supreme Court Justice David Zuckerman said there was “simply no evidence that Galgano was involved in the conspiracy alleged” by Levy in a five-count indictment. “The evidence presented to the grand jury suggests that Galgano merely participated in arguably proper conduct for a criminal defense attorney.”
