The Court of Appeals Thursday upheld a judge’s decision to allow discussion of a murder case during a witness tampering and bribery trial.
Writing for the unanimous court, Judge Eugene Pigott Jr. said evidence of the murder case against a different defendant was relevant to Dupree Harris’ trial in part because it showed the mindset of key witnesses.
