• Tracey Cushing Gilliam has joined MetLife Inc. as senior vice president and chief counsel in litigation. In this position, Gilliam leads the litigation section of MetLife’s legal affairs department. Gilliam was managing director and associate general counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co., with responsibility for leading the collections litigation legal group.
