Michigan-based BNP Media will be opening a new office at the Empire State Building, at 350 Fifth Ave. BNP, one of the country’s leading business-to-business media companies, has a seven-year lease for 13,171 square feet at Empire State Realty Trust’s iconic tower.
The opening of the new office corresponds to BNP’s acquisition of several magazines earlier this year: Architectural Record, Engineering News Record and SNAP. BNP needed new space for the magazines’ sales, market research and editorial staff, said Mitchell and Taggart Henderson, co-CEOs and brothers. Harper Henderson, a third brother, is also co-CEO of the company.
