ESTATE OF DUNN, Deceased. (14/649/A) — Dorothea M. Dunn died on June 7, 2012, a domiciliary of Richmond County. On March 31, 2011, Dorothea created the Dorothea M. Dunn Irrevocable Trust and named Doreen Zipprich and Patricia Wolyniec co-trustees of the trust, as well as co-trustees of the Supplemental Needs Trust created under Article Third of said Trust. The Supplemental Needs Trust created was for the benefit of Denise Dunn. Doreen Zipprich and Patricia Wolyniec have now petitioned the Court to resign as co-trustees of only the Supplemental Needs Trust, but to continue to serve as the trustees for the Dorothea M. Dunn Irrevocable Trust. Keri Dunn, who is the daughter of Denise Dunn, seeks to be appointed as the trustee for said Supplemental Needs Trust.
