• Carolina Fornos will rejoin Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman as a partner in its litigation practice. Fornos most recently practiced in the criminal division at the Southern District U.S. Attorney’s Office. In addition, Caroline Harcourt has rejoined Pillsbury as a real estate partner, arriving from the real estate lender-based practice at Kaye Scholer.

• Hugh Verrier, a project finance attorney, has been re-elected chairman of White & Case for a third consecutive four-year term, beginning Sept. 1, 2015. Also, David Koschik has been appointed to the firm’s executive committee, while the New York lawyers appointed to the firm’s partnership committee include James Hayden, tax; David Hille, commercial litigation; Someera Khokhar, asset finance; and Heather McDevitt, commercial litigation.
