Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Cynthia Kern has dismissed claims brought by Gorlick, Kravitz & Listhaus against Sack & Sack in a dispute between the two employment law firms over attorney fees.

Benjamin Reches retained Gorlick, a 13-attorney firm, to represent him in mediation with Morgan Stanley, which he claimed was discriminating against him because he was an Orthodox Jew. Gorlick agreed to represent Reches, formerly a vice president at Morgan Stanley, on a contingency basis.
