ESTATE OF BIBI KHAN, Deceased (47 P 04/A) — In this contested accounting proceeding commenced by the executor, the decedent’s brother, in which two sets of objections were filed by five of the decedent’s children, each of whom are beneficiaries under the will, the petitioner served and filed a note of issue, certificate of readiness and statement of issues.

Accordingly, the matter will appear on the ready-for-trial calendar of June 4, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. in courtroom 406 for a pre-trial conference. Counsel for the petitioner and the objectants shall attend the conference prepared to discuss the issues and schedule a date certain for trial. The Chief Clerk shall mail a copy of this decision, which constitutes the order of the court, to counsel for the petitioner and the objectants.
