The son of the New York state Senate’s No. 2 Republican was sentenced Monday to six months in jail.
Matthew Libous, an attorney, was accused of failing to report approximately $57,000 of income from a now-defunct law firm in Westchester County, Santangelo, Randazzo & Mangone, and from a cell tower company, Wireless Construction Solutions, in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
