Assistant U.S. Attorney Randall Jackson, who helped prosecute five employees of Bernard Madoff for their role in his record-breaking Ponzi scheme, is leaving the Southern District to become a partner at Boies, Schiller & Flexner.

The move will reunite him with Matthew Schwartz and John Zach, who also prosecuted the six-month “Madoff Five” trial for U.S. Attorney’s Office in Manhattan.
