• Brown Rudnick announced that antitrust attorneys Helene D. Jaffe and Alan R. Kusinitz have joined the firm as partners. Both previously were at Proskauer Rose where Jaffe was head of the antitrust practice group. Jaffe will head Brown Rudnick’s new antitrust practice.
• Tarter Krinsky & Drogin has added partners Alex Spizz and Perry L. Cohen, and counsel Arthur Goldstein and Paul Richard Karan from Spizz Cohen & Serchuk. Spizz and Goldstein will join the bankruptcy and corporate restructuring practice; Cohen the real estate practice and Karan the trusts and estates practice.
