A judge refused Thursday to dismiss any of the 10 claims brought against a rabbi and his son accused of taking $20 million from a non-profit organization devoted to recovering money for terrorism victims and turning the group into their “personal piggy bank.”

Justice Stephen Bucaria of Nassau County’s Commercial Division denied the motion to dismiss in Engelberg v. Perr, 606919/14, which pits the cofounders of the American Center for Civil Justice, Michael Engelberg and Rabbi Eliezar Perr, against one another.
