The state Commission on Judicial Conduct received $100,000 more to run its operations in the new fiscal year, but its administrator said the funding increase fell short of his request.

The commission, which investigates allegations of judicial misconduct, received $5.58 million for the 2015-16 fiscal year. It had requested $5.75 million, or $273,000 more than it received in the fiscal year that ended on March 31.
