An upstate town court justice facing misconduct charges has resigned under the terms of a stipulation with the state Commission on Judicial Conduct.
The commission announced Thursday that Randy Alexander, justice of Mansfield Town Court in Cattaraugus County, also agreed not to hold judicial office again in the future.
