A Monday article, “Discovery Delays Result in Attorney Fee Sanctions,” incorrectly stated that Rosenberg & Estis partner Jeffrey Turkel had been faulted for delaying discovery production in a ruling in Vladeck, Waldman, Elias & Engelhard v. Paramount Leasehold, L.P., 653416/2011. Turkel did not participate in the firm’s discovery production. The decision did not name any of the firm’s attorneys.

A headline in Tuesday’s edition (See Article) misidentified the court that issued a ruling Friday in Gordon v. Shanahan, 15-cv-261. The ruling was from the Southern District.
