Acting New York County Supreme Court Justice Daniel Conviser, left, is congratulated by state Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman John Bonacic, R-Mount Hope, at a committee meeting Tuesday during which the nominations of Conviser and 14 other state Court of Claims judges were approved by legislators. The judges, all reappointments to the court by Gov. Andrew Cuomo, were confirmed later in the day by the full Senate.
The reappointed judges were: Gerald Connolly Jr., Matthew D’Emic, W. Brooks DeBow, Vincent Del Giudice, Jeffrey Goodstein, Richard Kloch, Lawrence Marks, Christopher McCarthy, Kimberly O’Connor, Richard Platkin, Stephen Rooney, Catherine Schaewe, Timothy Walker and Henry Zwack.
