Efforts to force the Obama Administration to release photographs and videos of the interrogation of a Guantanamo Bay detainee purported to be the would-be 20th Sept. 11 hijacker have been defeated.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected the attempt of the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) to obtain the photos and tapes of the questioning of Mohammed al-Qahtani at the facility at Guantanamo.
