Khalid al Fawwaz was convicted Thursday of conspiring with Osama bin Laden and al Qaida to attack Americans and American facilities anywhere in the world.

After three days of deliberations, a federal jury in Southern District Judge Lewis Kaplan’s courtroom declared the Saudi native guilty of four conspiracies that included the 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in Nairobi, Kenya and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
