A woman’s claim that she did not illegally harbor an immigrant who worked in her Saratoga County home as a domestic servant for six years has been denied by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Annie George argued that her employment of Indian national Valsamma Mathai beginning in 2005 did not meet the definition of harboring under the statute 8 U.S.C. §1324(a)(1)(A)(iii).
