ALBANY – The state Senate returned the Court of Appeals to full strength Monday by confirming Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s nominations of appellate justices Leslie Stein (See Profile) and Eugene Fahey (See Profile) to the court.
The Senate Judiciary Committee approved both nominations by 16-0 votes. The full Senate followed a few hours later with voice votes in which no senators objected.
