• Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison has hired Richard Tarlowe as counsel in its litigation department, where he will focus on white-collar criminal defense, cybercrime, government investigations and high-stakes litigation. Tarlowe has served as head of the complex frauds and cybercrime unit of the Southern District U.S. Attorney’s Office and is a former member of its Securities & Commodities Fraud Task Force.

• Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman has added Nicolai Sarad and Fernando Rodriguez-Marin as partners in its finance group. Sarad and Rodriguez-Marin join Pillsbury from DLA Piper, where they were members of the project finance group for more than a decade.
