Steven Gartner, center, co-chairman at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, received the John J. Murphy Award from St. John’s University School of Law at its 2015 Alumni Association Luncheon Friday. The annual award recognizes alumni’s distinguished service to the public, the profession and the rule of law.
