ESTATE OF KRASNER, Deceased. (12/923/B) — On June 11, 2014, this court conditionally granted petitioner's motion to strike the answer filed by respondents Donald Krasner and Violette Fields, giving respondents additional time to comply with said demands, and awarding petitioner monetary sanctions. When respondents still failed to comply with said discovery demands, the court issued a decree awarding petitioner one-half the funds in the disputed account. Respondent Violette Fields now comes before the court seeking an order vacating said decree, alleging that her attorney's medical condition at the time precluded compliance with the court's directives. For the reasons set forth herein, the motion is denied.
