A Manhattan appeals court has ruled Facebook can continue appealing a lower court’s refusal to quash search warrants requested by prosecutors in a multi-defendant disability fraud case.

The Appellate Division, First Department’s, Sept. 25 ruling in In Re: 381 Search Warrants Directed to Facebook, M-4138, denied without prejudice the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office motion to dismiss Facebook’s bid and adjourned the appeal to the court’s December 2014 term.
