Australia-based Servcorp, an international executive suites and virtual office provider, will be opening its fourth location in Manhattan at One World Trade Center. Under a 15-year lease, the company will occupy nearly 35,000 square feet—the entire 85th floor of the 104-story, 3-million-square-foot tower. The new facility is expected to open the first quarter of 2015.

One World Trade Center is a joint venture of The Durst Organization and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Durst oversees operations, leasing and management of 1 WTC, according to its website.
