ESTATE OF TAMMY IRVINE, Deceased (13/1406) — On the return date of the third supplemental citation in this proceeding by an alleged creditor seeking the issuance of letters of administration to the Public Administrator, a conference was held with members of the law department. At the conference, separate counsel for the petitioner, the respondent daughter and the Public Administrator agreed that the respondent daughter was to be given a period of time to file a cross petition and, if no cross petition was filed by that date, the petition by the alleged creditor was to be marked submitted without opposition and the Public Administrator consented to receive letters of administration. It now appears that jurisdiction is complete and the daughter's period of time to file the cross petition has expired without any cross petition being filed. Accordingly, the application is granted and letters of administration shall issue to the Public Administrator upon his filing an oath and designation.
