Goldstein, Rikon, Rikon & Houghton has signed a 10-year lease with ATCO Properties & Management for office space at 381 Park Ave. South, the corner of 27th street. The six-attorney eminent domain and condemnation law boutique will be leaving 80 Pine St., where it has been a tenant for the past 25 years.
“We wanted a change of neighborhood,” said partner Michael Rikon, noting that the firm has been based downtown since its origin in 1923.
