Craig Wolfe has joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as a partner in the firm’s finance and bankruptcy practice. Wolfe joins from Kelley Drye & Warren.

• Gov. Andrew Cuomo appointed Bond, Schoeneck & King member Laura Harshbarger in Syracuse as chair of the Fourth Department Judicial Screening Committee and to sit as a member of the Governor’s State Judicial Screening Committee. Additionally, Bond member Hermes Fernandez has been appointed for a five-year term to the Committee on Character and Fitness of the Appellate Division, Third Department. Another Bond member, Michael Bernstein, has been appointed to the Appellate Division, First Department, Departmental Disciplinary Committee.

Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart has named Ronald Kreismann as managing shareholder of the firm’s New York City office. Kreismann represents employers in all aspects of labor relations and employment law.

Hinckley Allen has added Justine Clark as a partner in its corporate business practice. Clark was a partner at Carter Ledyard & Milburn, concentrating on banking institutions, municipal finance, capital market transactions and asset based-lending.

Leslie Berkoff, a partner at Garden City firm Moritt Hock & Hamroff, has been named co-chair of special projects for the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Mediation Committee. She has also been appointed as an inaugural member of the Chapter 11 lawyers and judges advisory committee in the Eastern District.

• Shamberg Marwell & Hollis in Westchester County has added two name partners and is now known as Shamberg Marwell Hollis Andreycak & Laidlaw. The new name partners are: Catherine Andreycak, who joined the firm in 1998; and Moira Laidlaw, who merged her Bedford Hills law practice, Laidlaw Firm, Attorneys at Law, with the firm. In addition, Joseph Madden joined the firm as a partner from Bleakley Platt & Schmidt. The firm also promoted Jennifer King to partner.

Butler Snow has added Stanford Ladner as senior counsel in the firm’s public finance, tax incentives and credit markets group. He was a partner at Fulbright & Jaworski.
