Former state Court of Appeals judge Howard Levine will review findings by the state Assembly Ethics and Guidance Committee against Assemblyman Micah Kellner for sexually harassing a staffer.
Kellner, a Manhattan Democrat, was found by the committee to have harassed the staffer in 2009 and 2011. State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver stripped Kellner of his non-salaried chairmanship of the Assembly’s Libraries Committee, decreed that he could not hold other leadership posts and prohibited him from having interns.
